Nordic ski trail grooming report for Tuesday Jan 9
This morning at The Kaslo Nordic ski area fresh overnight snow depth ranged from 15cm at the Hwy 31A parking lot to 25cm at Bucky Cabin with air temp -3C at Moose Meadow Cabin. Dan Miles and Stu Heard roller packed all trails and then track set from the Hwy 31A parking lot to the Seven Mile Creek FSR / prayer flags junction. Classic skiing Double track set from parking lot to base of first long hill on the main trail, then single track to prayer flags. Dog trail is roller packed and skiable though watch for thin snow areas under trees. Bucky Cabin Wilderness Route is roller packed with soft snow.
